Passport Information

Applying For a New Passport

Please be advised: The Government of Grenada has moved ahead fully in the issuing of the Caribbean Community Passport.

Effective January 23, 2007 the fee for a new Passport is $125.00 USD.

Persons applying for new passports will receive the new Caribbean Community Grenada Passport.

Caribbean Community Grenada Passport is valid for five (5) years.

How to obtain a Grenadian Passport

Option 1:

Send a self-addressed envelope and passport form fee to the Mission’s office. The Mission will then mail the requested form to the applicant.

Option 2:

Application forms can be downloaded here. Please read the instructions for downloading and printing of application forms carefully.

Application requirements

To ensure timely processing of your passport application, please be sure to submit all the necessary documents with your application. To obtain a passport, you must:

Sign and complete all pages of the application form

Provide two identical passport photos taken within the last 3 months. Photos must show a full front view of the face with both edges of face showing clearly. Pull hair away from face and ears.

Have the application form and one photo signed by an eligible recommender.

Provide original proof of Grenadian Citizenship (Birth Certificate/Citizenship Certificate)

Provide current Grenadian Passport

Other supporting documents as required.

Pay the appropriate passport fee

Please follow the instructions listed below carefully to ensure that the forms are printed correctly.

Software requirements

To view and print the form, your computer must be equipped with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Get Acrobat Reader

Printing an application form

To ensure proper printing of the form you must do the following:

Print the application form on white, bond quality, non-glossy paper

Select the 8 ½ inches by 11 inches print option

Make sure that the text and the format of the print output are clear and of good quality.

Your application may be rejected if the application form is not printed clearly and properly.

Applying for a Grenadian Passport for the First Time
